Quest groups are specialized groups focusing on a specific goal, such as family issues, anxiety, depression, etc. Admission to a Quest Group begins with a comprehensive assessment to assure placement in just the right group for you. Once an adequate number of participants are added to the group, participants are asked to make a commitment to attend for the duration of the curriculum and no new members are added for the duration of the Quest Group program. Quest groups are designed to allow for deeper exploration of personal issues and provide strong personal support from professionals and peers. Groups are now forming with focus on family systems, anxiety and the management of depression.
